✅ Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, licensing, and discount reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Digital downloads & software.
- Clearance, heavily discounted, or final-sale items.
- Personal-use products (e.g., earphones, wearables, inner clothing).
💰 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order had free shipping, the actual shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
- In some cases, we may issue store credit instead of a cash refund.
🔄 Exchanges
- If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
📦 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item), we will cover the shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping fees.
